At Animato, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original Animato packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our customer concierge team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
